Compilation of ten essays whose authors were ten neighbors of the community of San Isidro. It was proposed to the essayist to develop an extensive analysis on the Vagrancy in Cuba (physical and intellectual). The texts were written in notebooks of the Félix Varela publishing house in honor of the half-century of the University Reform (1962). Obras completas takes the aesthetics of an encyclopedic book that protects solid knowledge. The hard cover, which at times refers to a deep conceptual and philosophical baggage typical of this publishing typography, will keep inside these ten analyses on vagrancy made by the neighbors of the neighborhood itself. In instances it is possible to observe in the work the current cracked and unstructured Cuban education, as one of the main causes of the problem of vagrancy.
