Candies and stick-on tattoos are artifacts that are linked to the reality of children's lives. In Cuba, homemade sweets sometimes serve as an additional source of income in the playground in times of crisis.
What does resilience mean for children and young people in different cultural contexts? What strategies do they know for dealing with crises in their own lives?
"Lollies fürs Leben" explores the topics of resilience and empowerment through drawing and develops motifs for adhesive tattoos that are stuck onto sweets and distributed as small messages.
